Trapping - South Carolina

January & February 1999

Our Humble Abode - Nothin' fancy

but hey, it's FREE!  Carlisle, our terrific host,  let us use one of the trailers that the migrant workers stay in during the tobacco season.

It was pretty comfortable after we trapped out the mice, scrubbed it up some and stapled plastic over the inside of the missing glass in the windows.  Even had indoor plumbing and heat.

Although Mike took a lot of frozen pelts home with him to put up when he left the end of January, I stayed another month and had a lot of work to do when I got home!  Had such a good time and enjoyed such good Suth'n hospitality that Pam & I went back back again in January-February 2000.  We're looking forward to 2001!
